Highlands County Deputies involved that can be positively identified

The tall and wide plain clothes deputy that was first at my home accompanied by Detective Roger St Laurent looking for a stolen guitar in 2019 (or maybe January 2020).
The first time I spotted him prowling on my property was early in 2020. He was hiding in the cypress head wearing camo staring at me with binoculars.
The second time was in the spring of 2020, He was accompanied by at least two other people in a white Jeep SUV. I was walking near W Josephine Rd when they pulled up to my main driveway. They stopped in the road then slowly drove past me hiding so that it looked like the car was out for a drive with no people in it. I walked back to my house. Then looking outside I saw the white jeep SUV parked just behind the trees in the main driveway with all the occupants looking at my house with binoculars. I was still being pestered with the audio harassment. I took a large reflective dish and walked out the front porch. Catching the sunlight in the dish I moved the beam so that it briefly passed in front of their binoculars. Over the speakers used to harass me I heard a yell “OH GOD I’M BLIND!”. One of the other occupants appeared to be the Plain clothes deputy that would later kidnap me from my home accompanied by Detective Roger St Laurent on December 1st, 2020.
The third time was in 2020, I forget the month but late at night the audio harassment speakers were being used to try to convince me that someone wanted to confront me in front of my home. Instead I went into my garage and looked out the side door. There appeared to be a vehicle hidden on the main driveway to the west. I thought I saw something hiding and took and fired a shot with my air rifle. I heard an audible “oof” and saw the same man as before lower a pair of binoculars and lean forward, it seemed like the shot hit him in the lower stomach or groin. I have reason to believe this same strategy was used to antagonize the man who attacked Melissa Rodriguez resulting in his death after being shot by a deputy in 2019. I spoke with Melissa about this and she not only recognized the description of the vehicle but also of the deputy. She said this man was present immediately after the shooting as well as for the events afterward. She also repeatedly has spotted that vehicle outside her home. She also experienced a series of break-ins and vehicle sabotage.
In the spring of 2021. I had just installed a security camera pointing out the back of my home because of the repeated break-ins and to try to find out who were the people attacking my home with painful levels of electromagnetic radiation. After a particularly uncomfortable attack at night I checked the video and watched the same man carrying a VERY large contraption that appeared to be an old style magnetron behind my cat’s enclosure. He was accompanied by more than one uniformed sheriff deputy. I gave a copy of this video to Erika Zimmerman of FWC.
Late in the spring of 2021 I had suffered a series of violent home invasions against people in uniform. Another home invasion started and I decided to retreat to a bathroom and secure the door with a wood screw into the frame and just wait for the sun to rise. I couldn’t reach my air rifle because it was in the living room in a gun cabinet. Just before sunrise I heard the sound of the gun cabinet opening. I yelled through the door “don’t touch that fucking computer”. A minute or so later I heard the sound of the front door again. I undid the screw in the door and walked out. There were two deputies sitting in my living both armed. There were empty bottles of Newcastle brown ale sitting out (this kind of pissed me off because I was stuck in my bathroom with nothing to drink). One a very large man wearing shorts and a sheriff’s department shirt, he had an orange crew cut. The other a thin black man. I looked toward the front door and saw the same plain clothes deputy escorting a black man who looked similar in age to myself out. Neither of the deputies in the house made any aggressive motions so I approached the cabinet and reclosed the door. I then picked up the safe and retreated back to the bathroom. About a minute later I heard the front door again. Then I saw the shadow of footprints under the bathroom door. I fired a shot through the door that I don’t think could have missed. When I came out of the bathroom about 30 minutes later other things happened.
Another time in the summer of 2021 I was being harassed with audio and some sort of stage holograms. They had installed things in my home that puffed out a fog of nitrogen gas then lasers project an image in the gas that is very convincing until you blow the nitrogen away. I was very tired from being attacked 24 hours a day several days in a row and lost my cool. I lit a fire in the air handler and walked out front to smoke a cigarette. The same deputy was in my yard saying out loud “there goes my career up in smoke”. I walked to the side of my home just in time to catch sight of a small thin man run up to the back bedroom window and somehow unlatch from outside and climb in. I held my breath and returned inside the home. The house was full of smoke which apparently caused the man who just entered to immediately retreat. I put out the fire and opened the doors and went back outside to wait for the air to be safe to breath again. The deputy had left by that time.
In fall of 2021 the same deputy invaded my home with at least one other uniformed deputy. I managed to hit the first one around the corner towards the guest bathroom in my home. I didn’t see any others. I went to my kitchen and when I looked back there was a gun barrel sticking out from just past the refrigerator. I left my air rifle near the front door. I waited about 30 minutes and there was no movement. Worrying about my cell phone that had pictures of deputies and other evidence was on my desk I decided to jump over the planter shelf in the kitchen by climbing up the cabinets. I jumped down onto the wall safe and then to the chair. I then leaped for the rifle and hid in the front entrance to load the gun. The plain clothes deputy was in the living room. I stepped out from the corner and took a shot at him as he pointed his handgun at me. I believe it hit him. I returned to the front entrance to reload. After that I grabbed a heavy deadbolt from my counter and threw it above him and as it fell took another shot which I believe also hit him. He ended up exiting through the entrance that he entered through, they had cut their way through my wall. After inspecting my cell phone I discovered many of the important photos were deleted.
Plain Clothes Deputy that stands about 5’2”-5’4” with a crew cut:
I met this deputy when he arrived at my home with Detective Roger St Laurent and someone from the Peace River Crisis Center. The Detective told me he was here to investigate the crimes I reported. I told Roger he could home inside my home and instructed the other two to wait outside. After going inside the shorter one and the man accompanying him let themselves anyway. While I was speaking to Roger the shorter deputy proceeded to try to go in my bedroom and I had to chase him out of it and shut the door. He proceeded then just to go around my living room and kitchen as if he was looking for something. Later in the front of the house Roger was busy at his vehicle. He said he was going to get me an inventory receipt for the USB device that I had shown to an FBI investigator a few months earlier. The shorter deputy told me I wasn’t allowed to go back in my house and asked me to walk over to a cruiser that had pulled up. He insisted they had to do something on my property and I couldn’t be there if I was there while they were it would “ruin everything”. I refused saying I wasn’t leaving that spot until I secured my home. I had to raise my voice and then walked around him. I managed to put the padlock on the gate before he could get to me. This seemed to upset him. I then consented to stand next to the cruiser, the door was open. I said out loud “I know what you're planning and I am not voluntarily getting in that vehicle”. He ordered me to put my hands behind my back and put his hand over his handgun as if he was about to draw it. I turned and started to comply and he attempted to twist my wrist painfully. I was placed in handcuffs and he proceeded to rifle through my pockets. I had expensive copper pellets for my rifle in my right front pocket, he took them out and threw them on the ground while staring me in the face and smirking. He put my cash and ID back in my back pocket then started to force me in the vehicle. I asked if I was under arrest and he said “No”, I then asked how long I would be gone to which he replied “it was going to be a short while, now it’s going to be a long while”. I think he was referring to me securing my home. This happened on December 1st, 2020. I was taken to Peace River Crisis center and then to later a polk deputy picked me up from there where there was a bed and I was taken to Peace River Baker Act Center in Lakeland. There was no paperwork involved at all. Each facility had a different made-up story about why I was there.
The next time I spotted this deputy on my property it was a couple of months later he was at my front porch gate trying to bypass my padlock. I fired a shot at him with my pellet gun that appeared to strike him in the chest.
The next time after that I was going over drone photos I took over my cypress head and spotted him along with at least 15 uniformed deputies in my cypress head. The one that I shot was flipping the drone with the middle finger. I still have this photo.
He made another appearance in the summer of 2021. I heard a noise outside my bathroom window. I grabbed my air rifle and opened the window, immediately after that an arm came through the window with a semi-automatic handgun. I stepped to the left and held my rifle out to the side like a pool cue. I slid it out the window and looked out. It was the same plain clothes deputy. Before he could adjust his aim I pushed the barrel to the center of his chest and pulled the trigger with my thumb. I then shut the window and reloaded. Then I reopened the window and shoved the barrel out, when I looked he was lying on the ground trying to get up. He waved me off with his free hand saying “I’m done”. I didn’t feel like he was a threat anymore so I closed and secured the window.
On or about October 27th, 2021 I was shown several photos depicting my wife being assaulted by a deputy both at her place of work and in a home. Zooming in on the photo I was able to read the name Andrew Parris(h) (I could not tell if there was a final ‘h’ in the last name) About an hour and a half later I went to take my garbage to the edge of my driveway and the same deputy that was in the photos emerged from behind a tree with his gun drawn and started to point it at me. I put the garbage can between us and yelled to get the attention of a group of people from Glowboy Productions who were setting up for a music event on my property. I yelled his name and asked them to write it down and for someone to come look. As soon as I heard one person say “yes I see him” I made my way to my front door only to find I had been locked out. I had to run through the brush behind my house to my parent's home to get a spare key. While there I saw another man in uniform in the woods just south of my parent's garage. After I retrieved the key I ran back and retrieved my air rifle. At this time there were two uniformed deputies on the west side of my home. I went around the east side and fired a shot that beaned the deputy that attacked me. He went to the north and circled around the woods as he emerged he stumbled and appeared disoriented. I yelled out that if he pointed that gun at me I would have to shoot. He started to raise his weapon and just before it lined up with me I fired a shot going down into the top of his skull. He fell on the ground limp. The second deputy came out of the bushes grabbing his pant leg and started to pull him into the brush. As he did he started to raise his handgun to point at me. I fired another shot which also hit him in the top of the skull, he also fell to the ground limp. Someone else dragged both back into the bushes while I reloaded. I surveyed the woods with my scope. About 100 yards away there were three men behind a blind where I earlier saw someone in uniform while at my parent's house. I recognized the one in the middle as the same shorter deputy who had kidnapped me back in December of 2020. I fired a shot that put a hole in the blind and struck him in the head. I probably just scratched him shooting from that distance. I later reviewed the security camera footage and when I saw those deputies come into view they had my wife Sara Weeks walking in front of them butt naked on a leash with a chain.
Sergeant Mee:
I first saw this deputy in a surveillance video behind my home where he was recorded saying “we just have to lure him outside and blow his brains out”. I gave a copy of this video to Erika Zimmerman on a USB stick. I also still have a copy of this video.
I next encountered this deputy after calling dispatch near the end of November 2021. I asked for a deputy so I could fill out a report of a break-in and report the property that was stolen. They told me over the phone they were sending “Sergeant Mee”. When he arrived he just prowled around the yard. He refused to walk in front of the security camera at my front gate insisting that I come out there to talk to him. I refused and asked to see identification, suspicious that “Mee” was not his real name. He refused saying he could show me a “sheriff’s dept ID” but he did not have to show me a state ID. I told him he was trespassed and that they needed to send someone willing to show a state ID. He refused to leave prowling in my driveway for the next 4 hours. I finally had to verbally trespass him again with central dispatch on speaker phone via skype. He left after that. No one ever arrived to take my report.
Deputy that placed me in handcuffs on January 21st, 2024
The first time I encountered this deputy was around May/June 2020. I woke up in the morning to discover someone had been inside my house and stolen every hard drive from my desktop PC. I called 911 and asked for a deputy to come take a report. This deputy showed up and refused to write a report. He looked around my living room and with a smirk on his face said “it’s kind of messy in here you probably just lost the hard drives in the mess”.
This deputy disguised himself as a Sebring police officer and came to my father’s home after my home was burned to the ground. He placed me in handcuffs by force with the help of an overweight deputy who only identified himself with the first initial “D”. There were two women with them that also did not provide identification. They were dressed in Sebring Police uniforms. The Sebring Chief of Police assured me they were not his employees. The sheriff confirmed that they were the ones that transported me to the treatment center. On the way from my home in the cruiser, I saw there were people accessing my property at the scene of the fire without my permission. I was not told why I was being taken there. After arriving there I was told the reason was I refused to leave the residence during the fire. Erika Zimmerman from FWC responded to the scene. Her bodycam footage can confirm that I was not told to leave. I had to remain with my cat since the damage to the structure posed a risk of escape or injury.
I had also seen this same deputy about 3.5 years before prowling in my bushes. I shot him in the chest with a pellet rifle on that occasion. I have also seen him on my property during home invasions as well.
I had trespassed both these men earlier in the day from my property. They were not happy about it.
This person was also on my property standing next to the deputy who kidnapped me at the end of November 2020 on the day I shot the two deputies that attacked me behind my home on or about October 27th, 2021. I saw him standing on the left-hand side of the one that kidnapped me behind the blind near my father’s property.
Although I can’t be certain he looked nearly identical to a deputy that I shot in the right eyeball with my air rifle during a home invasion.
The events on January 21st, 2024
On January 21st, 2024 there were deputies prowling on my property. I awoke in the morning and caught two inside my home. One had red hair and a red mustache, the other had a nose larger than mine. If the second were to get a cartoon caricature drawn it would look somewhat like Icabod Crane from the old Disney cartoon.
Shortly after this I secured myself in my bedroom. There was a hole from the dining area into the bedroom closet and my closet was set on fire. I was unable to extinguish the blaze and had to abandon the house. I did not have a phone and could not call for help. Only scream from my backyard.
There was a deputy who showed up whose name tag read "D" and I think it was Willisstone after that. I can't be sure. He was kind of overweight. There was also a dark-haired deputy with him that was not wearing credentials.
They were just being dicks to me and so I trespassed both of them and told them if I saw them again they had to have Erika Zimmerman of FWC with them. I was babysitting my captive bobcat during the emergency and could not leave her unattended.
The second deputy that was not wearing credentials I have caught on my property multiple times. Once in my living room.
After the fire, I was next door when those two deputies showed up with two women both dressed in Sebring PD uniforms. The deputy who was not wearing his credentials was wearing a ballistic vest that said "police" on it. He lied claiming that he was with the fire marshalls service and that I had to be taken to Peace River Crisis Center. He refused to say why I was being taken. He insisted he had to check me for weapons. I refused to submit to a search. While trying to have a conversation with this deputy he reached out and grabbed my wrist. Then the overweight deputy grabbed me from behind, grabbed the back of my skull, and slammed my face into a wall.
I was searched and my lighter was taken from me and not returned. In the front yard was two Sebring police cruisers and a sheriff's cruiser. I do not live in the city limits and the chief of police has assured me that they were not his employees. I demanded business cards from everyone present and no one was willing to identify themselves.
When reaching Peace River I was told the reason I was there was "that I was inside the residence and refused to leave during the fire". This is a lie.. You can contact Erika Zimmerman with FWC she was there. My job was to make sure there was no injury or escape since the enclosure was damaged. Leaving her unattended would have been a violation of FWC rules.
